1. Acceptance of terms

By using the services of THE WIN CAPITAL S.A., you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, we request that you do not use our services.

2. Services offered

THE WIN CAPITAL S.A. offers microcredit services with terms of 4 to 13 weeks, amounts from RD$1,000 to RD$50,000, with interest rates clearly established in current loan tables. Additionally, we offer the Forgiveness Chance program, WIN POINTS, Multi-Level Referral System, Super Week and Peace of Mind Insurance.

3. Forgiveness Chance

The Forgiveness Chance is subject to the following conditions: the number is randomly assigned from 00 to 99, only the MAJOR prize of the NIGHT draw of the National Lottery applies, the client must have paid their installment before 6:00 PM on the corresponding day to participate, and the forgiveness covers only the outstanding balance at the time of the draw.

4. WIN POINTS

WIN POINTS are a virtual wallet redeemable exclusively for discounts on future loan installments. They are not convertible to cash. They expire 6 months after the accumulation date. THE WIN CAPITAL S.A. reserves the right to modify program conditions.

5. Referral System

Referral benefits are applied as discounts on installments of the referrer's active loan, not as cash payments. Benefit levels are: Level 1 (RD$100), Level 2 (RD$50) and Level 3 (RD$25). Discounts are activated when the referred person takes and maintains an active loan.

6. Peace of Mind Insurance

The Peace of Mind Insurance covers the total cancellation of the debt in case of death of the loan holder during the loan term. The cost is RD$50 per RD$10,000 borrowed, included in the first installment.

7. Client obligations

The client commits to: provide truthful information, make payments on agreed dates, communicate any changes in contact information, and use loan funds responsibly.

8. Late payment and collection

THE WIN CAPITAL S.A. commits to conducting collections in a respectful and dignified manner, without intimidation or harassment. In case of late payment, collection efforts will be made through our collaborators and authorized communication channels.
